Beyoğlu Lokum & Coffee is an artisan Turkish confectionery brand based in Moscow. We produce Turkish delight, lokum rolls, fitil lokum, halva, stone-ground nut creams, Turkish coffee and tea for retail customers, gift orders and wholesale partners.
The brand was founded by Dr. Oğuz Şahbaz, whose path moved from political science and diplomacy to the craft of Turkish confectionery. His academic background shaped the discipline of the project; the production itself is built on Turkish culinary memory, ingredient control and handcraft.
Today, Beyoğlu Lokum & Coffee works as a Moscow-based atelier and production project. Our goal is not to imitate industrial sweets, but to make Turkish confectionery understandable, reliable and beautiful for the Russian market — from individual online orders to corporate gifts and wholesale supply.v

Our atelier and warehouse are located in Moscow. This allows us to work directly with retail customers, prepare fresh batches for the Russian market, organise local pickup and process wholesale orders with clearer timing. -
