Handcrafted in our own production facility, our Turkish Delight Fitil is coated with crushed pistachio, hazelnut, coconut, barberry and rose petals — produced fresh and sold by weight directly from Beyoğlu Lokum & Coffee.
Fitil Lokum is Turkish delight as it was always meant to be experienced — generous, handcrafted and deeply authentic. Unlike the classic cube, each Fitil is shaped into elegant rectangles of 25 centimeters, rich in texture and dressed in a lavish coat of crushed pistachios, filament hazelnuts, whole Antep pistachios, barberries, coconut, sumac or rose petals. Sold by weight, just as tradition demands — you take home a piece, and slice it to your own pleasure.
