Produced entirely in our own facility, our nut creams are stone ground for 2-3 hours from lightly roasted hazelnuts, Antep pistachios, peanuts and almonds — no preservatives, no emulsifiers, available with or without sugar. Beyoğlu Lokum & Coffee.

At Beyoğlu Lokum & Coffee, we believe a great nut cream needs nothing but the nut itself. We start by lightly roasting the finest hazelnuts, Antep pistachios, peanuts and almonds. Then we grind them slowly in our traditional rotating stone mill — for two to three hours — until every drop of natural oil is released and a perfectly smooth, deeply flavorful cream emerges. A touch of oil to perfect the texture. Nothing else. No preservatives. No emulsifiers. Ever.
Our creams are available in two honest options: sweetened, with 80% nuts and 15% pure sugar — and unsweetened, with 95% pure nut and nothing to compromise the flavor. The same creams we use to fill our handcrafted Lokum Rolls, now available for your table.
