Crafted with delicate layers of artisan lokum infused with 7% sour cherry extract, this confection delivers a naturally sweet–tart fruit profile that adds freshness and contrast to its luxurious filling. At its centre, a rich chocolate blend made with 80% Callebaut 811 Belgian chocolate and 20% premium hazelnuts creates a deep cocoa character balanced by creamy nut warmth.
Finished with a fine cocoa coating, each piece gains an extra layer of aromatic chocolate intensity and an elegant matte finish that enhances its premium presentation.
