The soft lokum base is infused with freeze-dried blackberry pieces (6%), delivering a vibrant sweet-tart fruit profile with natural depth. Inside, a luxurious nut filling featuring pistachio and almond notes creates a rich, creamy texture and satisfying crunch, elevating every bite with refined nuttiness.
The exterior is coated with finely shredded coconut, gently heat-treated up to 40°C alongside freeze-dried blackberry, allowing a subtle fusion of aroma, color, and tropical-fruity character that enhances both visual appeal and flavor complexity.
