For those who demand more from their chocolate — our Dark Lokum Roll is the most intensely cocoa-rich roll to leave our production facility. Crafted with a higher cocoa lokum base containing 8% pure cocoa, filled with a deeply luscious chocolate hazelnut cream generously studded with at least 15% whole hazelnuts, and finished with an elegant coat of fine shredded pistachios. Richer, darker and more powerful than our classic cocoa roll — this is Turkish confectionery for the serious chocolate connoisseur.
Handcrafted entirely in our own production facility. Uncompromisingly dark. Unmistakably lokum.
Gluten free, halal and kosher compliant.
Ingredients — Lokum: Sugar (78%), Corn Starch (14%), Water (9%), Citric Acid (0.5%), Cream of Tartar (0.5%), Soapwort Extract (0.05%), Cocoa (8%).
Chocolate Hazelnut Cream: Hazelnut (50%), Cocoa Powder (20%), Hazelnut Oil (10%), Sugar (15%), Dried Milk Powder (5%).
