Meet our Brownie — the most indulgent roll to leave our production facility. This is Turkish confectionery daring to be bold. Our cocoa lokum is filled with a deeply rich chocolate hazelnut cream, generously studded with at least 15% whole hazelnuts — then finished with a coating unlike any other. The coconut is slowly warmed together with cocoa powder at 35 degrees, allowing the two to fuse completely, infusing every flake with deep cocoa aroma and a rich, velvety colour. The result is a roll that looks and tastes like a brownie, yet remains unmistakably, beautifully lokum.

Lokum: Sugar (72%), Corn Starch (13%), Water (9%), Citric Acid (0.5%), Cream of Tartar (0.5%), Soapwort Extract (0.05%), Cocoa (8%).
Chocolate Hazelnut Cream: Hazelnut (50%), Cocoa Powder (20%), Hazelnut Oil (10%), Sugar (15%), Dried Milk Powder (5%).
