The soft lokum base is enriched with 13% Antep pistachios, delivering a naturally rich, buttery texture that balances the bright pomegranate aroma and its sweet-tart fruit profile. Beetroot extract enhances the deep red tone, creating a visually striking and naturally appealing finish.

What makes this variety unique is the generous addition of 13% barberry (zereshk), adding a distinctive sharp acidity and fruity intensity that elevates the overall flavour complexity and creates a refreshing contrast to the sweetness of the lokum.

Handcrafted entirely in our own production facility, this traditional “fitil lokum” is designed for premium gifting, boutique retail, and export confectionery collections.
