The soft lokum base is infused with 6% real strawberry extract, delivering a naturally sweet and slightly tangy berry profile that defines the core of this elegant confection.

Inside, a luxurious hazelnut cream made with 70% premium hazelnuts, enriched with smooth hazelnut oil, creates a rich and velvety filling with deep roasted nut character.
At the centre, at least 15% whole hazelnuts provide a satisfying crunch and natural nuttiness, balancing the soft fruit layers. The outer coating of strawberry crêpe crumble — made with egg, butter, flour, powdered sugar and strawberry extract — adds a light, crisp pastry texture and a distinctive gourmet finish.
