The soft lokum base is infused with 6% blackberry extract, delivering a naturally sweet-tart fruit profile with vibrant depth. Inside, a luxurious hazelnut cream made with 70% premium hazelnuts, enriched with smooth hazelnut oil, creates a velvety, roasted richness that defines the core of this indulgent roll.

At the centre, at least 15% whole almonds provide a satisfying crunch and nutty contrast, while the outer coating of rice pearls and finely ground hazelnut pieces adds a light, crisp texture and elegant finish.
